As the Export Manager, you will be responsible for the export-related sales, product management and marketing duties. The position requires the readiness to travel, because although your work station is located in Helsinki, your duties involve e.g. regular visits to our bakeries in Pieksämäki, as well as visits to our foreign customers and international trade fairs. You will report to the Commercial Director, who is head of export and domestic sales.
The Export Manager is responsible for the accuracy of export-appointed customer accounts and export products’ details. The position also involves the preparation of quotes, customer meetings and negotiations, trade fairs, scheduling of export operations, close cooperation with the domestic sales team as well as communications with internal and external stakeholder groups.
You may be the person we are looking for, if you are an open-minded, active and result-driven team player, who takes on challenges in a solution-oriented and constructive manner, and you are not worried about taking responsibility. The genuine interest in the food industry, and particularly bakery products, is the starting point of your work.
The Export Manager is expected to have good organisation and decision-making skills, as well as a commercial and innovative way of thinking. The successful management of the duties requires applicable business training, experience in sales and sales work in exports. Familiarity in the food industry and experience in project work shall be considered an advantage in the work.
The job requires good verbal and written Finnish and English language skills. Language proficiency in Swedish and other languages shall be considered an advantage in the work. Skills in the use of modern communication tools and applications are important for completing the work duties.

The story of Moilas family businesses began with a small home bakery in 1955. Today Moilas Oy and its two subsidiaries, Oy Moilas GF Ltd. and Moilas Leipomo Oy, form one of Finland’s largest private bakeries.
Moilas is a pioneer in the production of gluten-free products, which were first produced in 1985. At the moment, we export products baked in Pieksämäki, Finland to fourteen different European countries. We develop and produce reliable bakery products, which are suitable for the various needs of domestic and international consumers.
Our two bakeries are located in Pieksämäki and the sales office is located in Helsinki. Moilas Oy employs a total of approximately 100 persons. In 2017, our turnover was approximately 17 million euros, of which export formed approximately a third.
