Gluten-free oat (35%), water, potate starch, sugar, potato flakes, yeast, psyllium, salt, raising agents (E450, E500), potato fibre, thickeners (E466, E412), emulsifier (E471).
storage instructions :
Store at -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after thawing. The thawed or baked roll can be stored in its own packaging at room temperature for 24 hours.

directions for use :
Warm the rolls to get the best taste. Heat the frozen rolls in an oven in 190°C for about 8 minutes. Notice that the packaging doesn't tolerate more than 200 degrees.
