Store in -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after thawing.

directions for use :
Thaw the buns in room temperature for ca. 1 hour./bun. For best result toast a thawed bun in contact grill. Toast inside a toast bag or folded baking paper to prevent gluten contamination. You may also warm the bun up in a microwave oven but avoid too long warming time or the texture of the bun may become too chewy or dry.
