directions for use :
Shortcrust pastry is suitable for making cookies and sweet pies. Let the dough thaw for 3 hours in room temperature or for 8-10 hours in fridge. Notice: use only gluten-free flour for helping baking. Baking time for cookies is approx. 5-7 min. in 200°C in the middle of the oven. The baking time may vary depending on the oven type. Bake pies with diamter ca. 25cm for approx. 30-35 min.
