Gluten-Free Doughnut Holes
A little (33g) round ball made of doughnut dough. The dough includes 20% curd which makes the balls texture smooth and mellow. The balls are covered with sugar and are ready to use after thawing. The diameter of one single ball is 55mm. Low in lactose.

Water, curd 20%, maize starch, sugar, rapeseed oil, tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, glucose syrup, dark rice flour, EGG, vanillin sugar, psyllium, thickener (E415), egg powder, raising agents (E450, E500), flavors, lactose-free milk powder, emulsifier (E471), salt, vegetable fat (palm).
storage instructions :
Store in -18⁰C or colder. Do not re-freeze after thawing. Once opened, reseal the package tightly to prevent the product from drying out.

directions for use :
Defrost at room temperature for about 1 hour. Thawing in a microwave oven is not recommended because of the sugar-coat.
