Water, maize starch, potato starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, rapeseed oil, rice sour dough, yeast, psyllium, salt, sugar, potato fiber, raising agents (E500, E450), emulsifier (E471 (rapseseed)), fructose, thickener (E464, E466, guar gum).

Store in -18℃ or below. Once defrosted do not re-freeze. The product may be stored until the best before date at -18℃. Once opened, tightly seal the package to prevent the product from drying out.

directions for use :
Defrost the frozen product for about 1 hour at room temperature or warm it up in the microwave for about 35 seconds. Can also be toasted frozen in the toaster at half power. Add fillings according to your taste.
