Traditional Finnish pastry with thin sour shell and rich rice porridge filling. Consume with butter, eggs, ham or other toppings.

Water, rice, buckwheat flour, rice flour, maize starch, rapeseed oil, fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil, wholemeal rice flour, butter (contains milk), potato flake, salt, dextrose (of maize), milk protein, potato fiber, psyllium, rice sourdough powder, molasses, thickener (E415), emulsifier (E471), yeast, flavouring, color (E160a).

directions for use :
Thaw at room temperature for about 1 hour or in a microwave at full power (750W) for about 40 seconds per pastry. For best results, let the pastries thaw at room temperature for 1 hour and bake them in the oven at about 225 degrees for 5-7 minutes. You can spread for example butter, margarine or vegetable oil on the hot pastries.
