Moilas Bakery’s high-quality products are made in one of Europe’s most modern bakeries equipped with highly automated and hygienic production lines. Moilas is also one of the forerunners in quality and food safety. As a result of our persistent and systematic work with quality issues we now have BRC -Food Safety Certification. We also work according to the food safety standards of several international clients who have carried out several audits at our production premises. We take into account the principles of sustainable development, environmental and occupational health and work safety issues in our daily work according to ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 -standards. These standards and systems guides our working in areas of overall quality, environment and safety management.
